I am a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR),Massachusetts Association of Realtors MARS),Worcester Regional Board of Realtors, Program Director for the Worcester Property Owner’s Association,& a Certified Buyer Representative. I also have been an instuctor for Central MA Housing Alliance, Oak Hill CDC, East Side CDC, and several Worcester CDC housing alliances first time home buyer educational classes. I am a current member of the city & state Lead Paint Collaborative with an intermediate owner/agent delead license. I instruct buyers & sellers on agency, lead paint, the need for home inspection, the need for representation on a sale, and the buying process.

I am a graduate of St. Peter-Marian CCHS, Worcester State College (Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science and have completed the . Certificate in Data Processing program). I am a Certified Buyers Repesentative. An have completed numerous other continuing eduation, etchics, & real estate training courses.

I am a life long residient of the Burncoat Area of Worcester, MA. Previously employed for 13.5 years as a Corporate Tax Auditor in MA Prior Statewide Vice Presidient of National Association of Professional Government Employees in MA (NAGE). I became a Realtor in 1997. I continued my education to become a broker since with two major international brokerage firms in the intreme years. In 2004, MHB Realty was established to better service the needs of my clients in the Worcester area.
